A report on UploadVR, and a detailed claim on the Oculus SubReddit, provides more information about what’s happening to the device. It appears that in some cases, users connecting their Oculus accounts with Facebook are having their accounts immediately disabled. Normally, there are steps to fix the issue, but for some users even going through that process hasn’t helped, as the review system may uphold the suspension – a decision that doesn’t seem to be reversible....

The Ohio Supreme Court ruled that the election could be delayed after it denied a legal challenge to the state’s postponement filed by a local candidate. Now, the contest likely won’t take place until June 2. The Supreme Court decision came after Governor Mike DeWine defied the ruling of a Franklin County judge late Monday night when he announced that the state’s health department would order all polling stations not to open for Tuesday’s election to protect voters and staffers from COVID-19....

The complaint, filed last week in Putnam County Common Pleas Court, responds to Ohio Department of Health (ODH) Interim Director Lance Himes’ order signed August 13, which requires that face coverings be worn in K-12 educational settings in an effort to help mitigate the spread of coronavirus. Himes’ order names several exemptions from the mandate, including students with a disability, mental health condition or medical condition, or if an “established sincerely held religious requirement” does not permit the use of a mask, according to the order....
